Why is gabapentin a high risk medication

I think the risk of getting pregnant makes it a little more realistic. With free use societies, that seems to generally be ignored. Since there's generally no protection involved, I guess it comes down to the girl being on medication orso, but that's only 3 9's (99.9%) effective, so you still expect 1 in a 1000 times to lead to a pregnancy, pretty high for a free use world.

for three simple (on the face of them) reasons.
One, she's into high risk sex now. Not to say she can't handle 'regular' sex, but that she'll always at BEST have a craving for the high risk type. And MAYBE might even have a need for that. And, here's why that's an issue - what could be higher risk than sex with someone NOT Ryan while trying to rebuild a relationship WITH him, hoping he doesn't find out...? How can she NOT see the risk in that...?
Two, how can he EVER trust her...? As he's pointed out, she is a liar extraordinare... she might have destroyed his ability to trust ANYONE... and if THAT'S the case, not only will he be unable to trust she is where she says she is, will go where she says she'll go, will be and is doing what she says she is or will... but how will he trust anyone else who backs her up...? Is he going to have to hire PIs full-time...? And you think, if the PI provides reports saying she's behaving, he won't sometimes think THEY'RE lying and sleeping with her...?
And how's THAT for high risk - keeping an eye on your husband and trying to determine who he likely hires to track you and then seducing them... A nice amazingly twisted version of both lying AND high risk sex.
And finally, three, she still doesn't KNOW why she did it. It wasn't like she knew about the high risk part first - she was already cheating by then. And even if he COULD trust her not to lie and even if he COULD trust that she wouldn't engage in some high risk activity NOT involving him to have sex... unless he KNOWS what prompted it, he'll never KNOW it won't happen again. He needs that aggravation...??
